fx4 fenders

I have a bit of a strange post.

I have 2004 Ranger fx4. I was in the market for some Bushwhacker cut out fender flares, but the website said that the flares do not fit the fx4 sub-model. Are the fenders on the fx4 any different than other sub-models? Does anyone know why they wouldn't fit? Thanks!

They probably don't fit cus the later fx4's came with those ugly plastic fake bolt ones. Putting a flare on a flare looks stupid

He has a 2004 so it doesn't have new style flares. Bushwacker flares all require removal of oem flares prior to installation

LOL pretty common sense that you wouldn't put a fender flare on another flare
