Do I have a problem?

I have a 97 XLT, yesterday I was replacing the postive battery terminal clamp and notice that there was a small spark when removed or replaced the clamp I measured the draw and got aprox .1 amp. I checked and made sure that there wasn't anything that would draw current. There wasn't. Is this normal? I haven't had a problem with a dead battery

Welcome to the forum

Not unusual after 1995 on Fords.

A few modules will stay on for 20-30 minutes, and there is a Battery Saver relay that stays closed for about the same time, GEM(generic electric module) unit runs this relay and it also draws power until it shuts down which opens that relay.
GEM operates cab electrics and lights
After that time, current draw will drop to .03-.05

hard to test this but you can, lock up vehicle and leave amp meter connected, if there is an under hood light pull bulb.
Let truck sit for 30 minutes and see if amp draw drops.
Since you are not getting a low or dead battery everything is probably shutting off when it should.

Active draws after 30 minutes are the radio presets, computer memory and RAP module(keyless entry)
