Saying my good-byes to Ford...

That's just it. Haven't been around much and when I was didn't really post much. Got to know a few of you guys from the old Gen Edge and learned alot of cool things to do to the Ranger. Since the baby was born it's been really hard to get around comfortably so Monday morning me and the wife went to the Jeep dealer looking for a small size suv(she was thinking of the Compass....."sigh") and ended up driving off with an '08 Wrangler Unlimited. Always thought they were kinda cool, but when we test drove it we(yeah the wife too) fell in love. Got it in the Steel Blue with a hard top. It's bare bones. Only an X model with the 3.8L but hey... thats what customization's for right. I've been driving around with a goofy cheese on my face for 2 days now. It feels so relaxing. Guess it's the old age creeping up. Speed and bling isn't all that important anymore. Probaly won't do alot of crazy thing to it. Wheels and tires and maybe a few off road accessories for when I get the itch to go trailing. I still miss the Ranger. The wife cried when we were leaving. Did good for us the past 5 years. So guys.... it's been fun. Might drop by every blue moon to see whats what. Have fun... enjoy life and live long! Later!

Im glad you guys both agreed on the same vehicle. Thats always a plus. Jeeps aren't bad, I think they come up as a second choice for me after a Ford Truck.

Hope the jeep does well for ya. Stop by and say hi every so often. Let us know how the jeep is.

Take care.
