Icon10 Newbie needs Bama advice

hey guys. i recently paid off my truck (98 Ranger 3.0) so i decided to sink some of my new found dinero into some mods. i already put on a Magnaflow cat back exhaust and a K&N intake system.

now i want to get the Bamachip i see you guys raving about. sounds real good, but i'm not sure what would be the best tunes for my type of driving.

this is my daily driver and 90% of my driving is city (downtown Seattle). i'm in sales, so i am literally driving around all day long. i'd like to get better acceleration to be able to get around some of these idiots stopped in the middle of the street for no apparant reason. i'm not really interested in a lot of top end speed as i rarely go over 75 on the freeway, but passing power would be nice to have too.

I tried to call Doug at Bama for advice, but got no answer. any ideas you guys might have would be great.

get the 87 performance, 93 torque, 93 performance tunes.......

then run the torque tune....it is better for up to 4,000 rpms.....after 4,000 the performance is the best....

thanks for the input guys, appreciate it.

i thought i saw that he can build them with a mid grade octane too. as much gas as i go thru, i'm gonna need to use the lower octane. unless the tunes increase mileage, then i could go to a highr grade.
