Selling the ranger
Well i got a raise at work and wanted to treat mysenf to somthing new so i was thinking. How mutch do you think i can senn my ranger for? nothing is whong with it and there is only 1 very tinny ding in the driver side fender. I was thinking of buying a 2007 FX4 LII. I do enough offroading that i need a 4X4 so i can stop being so rough on my 4X2. Just wondering i fornd a 2007 FX4 LII blue and nothing special for $22,250. Thanx in advance!
Ps: If you want some more pic's go to my photobucket. some of them are new and some are old.

Do it!!!
I think you could get at least 15k for it...how many miles are on it, thats a key factor.
But if you have like 30k miles on it, 15k is about the price.
I paid 13,5xx for mine, 02 supercab w/ 36k miles...3.0 auto
With the 35's, spindle lift, being an 05 and stock rims/with 32's....you should be able to get somewhere about 14-15 for it, depending on who buys it.
I'd say put it up for 16 or 17, and deal down from there...Just my opinion!

Well, just going on kbb...it is almost 14k with most your options checked...it shows a 2wd xl, but I put edge.
In the real world, I would de-mod and trade it in. If you have the time, take off your spindles (I know who might buy them too...pm me if your serious) and your wheels/tires, throw your stock rims back on, etc.
You can sell all that stuff for a pretty penny...or better yet, keep it for your lv2!!!
I can see a superlift/body on 35's in your future!
Also, sometimes dealers cut you a deal when you trade in a vehicle.

I think de-modding is the best...IMO, most dealers try to give you close to nothing anyways, sometimes they cut you a break.
So might as well de-mod and sell your wheels/tires outright (you'll have cash to put into the new truck), etc. Leave the exhaust but take off your H/U, bama, wheels/tires, kc's, brush guard, etc.
Just my opinion...you can sell that for cash...thats gold to me, and a nice start for the modding to begin on the next truck!

well i cant take my spindals off because when i mover a week ago i just decided to throw them away. Bad idea i know but i wasnt thinking at the time.
Also i would not traid it in because they only give you like 2/3 the value if that.
i think i might sell the 35's W/o the rims but maby with the stockies.
I dont think anyone what's those stock rim's! I dont!

i'd say go for it if you can do it.
but be aware, i was just at a ford dealership checking out the new rangers (me and my buddy like to go test driving ) and i was talking to a manager about the level 2, and he said that most dealers dont carry them because not very many were produced so by the time we get yours in and all that other mess comes into play, you're looking at something in the price range of a new f150..
so it would be beneficial if you found a dealer with one in stock is what im trying to say, haha.
good luck man!
