Since another topic was hijacked to discuss the body kit before, I thought I would start a new one. I had a conversation with someone in the garage today about the body kit. I was told that it was OK to tell you guys that it is being worked on and that you should be seeing something in the near future. I've seen the production version and I think it looks good, but that's all I can say about it.

honestly after looking at it many times, its one of the few body kits that i would like on my truck...

actually the only one, it actually looks like it was made for the ranger instead of all the other kits out there

GOD YES I WILL SELL A KIDNEY TO GET IT!!!!!!!!!!

Well okay, not a kidney, but I'm so ready for this kit it isn't even funny.

Is there any way I could be put on a waiting list? I can do a deposit, whatever necessary.

Any idea when"soon" is? :D Not trying to rush you, but I've been biting fingernails for this kit for a long time. This is THE KIT I need.

Thanks a TON for the info Dave, I'll send you a Christmas card this year. :)

All I know as far as timing is that they are working on it in the garage now. I talked to Steve this morning about it, he is the Strategy Manager for Truck Marketing, and he was interested in this site and I sent him the link to it. He may even be reading this thread.

Seriously though, I have money waiting.

Speaking of, any idea on the projected pricing? Under $1,500? Under $1,000?

This is the best news I've had all week. Thanks again.

It's okay, I understand completely. I'm using the same philosophy with the design I'm playing with for my truck.....

It's basically just a sack with walnuts in it. But it's a fancy sack.

Yes. Can't you just see it on my truck?? :D :D

Dave, I understand about needing to be tight-lipped. I'm in a similar position, albeit with another company (Nissan). However, once you are able to reveal anything, please let me know.

I appreciate the info you've given us already.

Off to work....... :(

Wow, that looks just like the one in our garage! It's amazing!

If I know of any updates I will let you know.

I have the contact info for the person that is in charge of that kit so I will check back with him later.
