Harmonic balancer will only go on one way because it has to line up with woodruff key on crank shaft.
The harmonic balancer does have a timing mark for spark, and crank timing must match Cam timing, and with the 2.3l Oil Pump timing.
All 3 gears for the timing belt have marks that need to be aligned correctly for proper valve timing.
