No I dont have a hole in the door just the lock. I think when they hit the screwdriver or whatever they used it honked my horn cause of the alarm and it scared them off

My truck got broken into last month. Well really it wasn't broken into the door was left open...I still Love my wife. They stole my $35 cb from Walmart and a $7 knife you can find at any flea market. Left behind: CB antennae ($70), coax cable ($20), mounting bracket ($20), CD player would have been easier to steal than the CB ($200), Radar detector ($150) sitting right on the floor, Code reader ($150), and to add to that my tool box was unlocked yet closed and there is plenty in there to get at and the motherload my garage door opener with garage full of stuff left untouched.

The stupid stuff about it was I wasn't home the truck was in the driveway and since it was left unlocked the alarm should never have sounded.

I have taken some precautions the truck is locked by me anytime I leave my house, the garage door opener is now in the house, I removed the antennae and will put it on only when I am going to go wheeling.

 

when I worked for a ford dealership they would do this all the time. They would put a screw driver in the lock, hit it with a hammer and it looked like the moved the cylinder up and down. It worked, they got in and stole radios all the time.
