I'm almost positive they will fit. I know a lot of people swap them out for 06 stuff. It's just finding the 06 stuff cheap that's difficult.

The tail lights are a direct swap. The badges are pretty much a straight swap. The old ones have little pins on the back that fit into holes in the side panel. The new emblems dont so its just a matter of peeling off the old ones and sticking the new ones on.

The mirrors are a different story. I am almost positive that you will have to drill one hole for them to fit. I think the ones you have on now use 2 bolts where the 06 and up use 3 bolts to attach to the truck.

Everything is a direct swap except the mirrors. The Mirrors each have 3 bolts holding them on and they're in the same spot, the problem is that the mounting bosses on the 06 mirrors are to big to fit through the holes in the door. You can either drill out the holes big enough that the 06 mirrors will fit, or you can grind down the mounting bosses on the mirror it self. I drilled out the door, as I didn't want to weaken the mirror mounting bosses by grinding them down. A lot of plastic mirrors have a tendancy to break off rather easy.
Do a search as Shane has some pics of mounting the 06 mirrors. If you go the drilling the door method you'll need to add some washers and its kind of hard to explain, Shanes pics will clear it all up for you.

The mirrors are a really easy swap. All your doing is enlarging the holes so as long as you take your time its pretty difficult to mess it up. It also won't prevent you from going back to stock mirrors if you choose to do so.

No not with out swapping the header panel (The part that goes around the head lights and grille.) and modifiying your existing hood or getting a new one.
