Spring is coming. Need opinions on Pads/Rotors

Spring is on the way and the snow is melting fast, time for new brakes.

I was thinking Ebc Yellows but now i'm leaning towards Hawk ceramic's to save some cash. Also looking to get some strong solid face rotors. Below is what i'm looking at but i'm open to opinions on both. Thnx

-Rotors-
-Pads-

those are both fine, brakes u will get waht you pay for. ceramic is going to give about the best performance, and should be the most quiet and also the least brake dust. I would have ur rotors condition checked, you may not need new rotors and could spend more on the nicer pads.

dropping 65 for pads alone? and that only for one side?! geez! idk if there is a price difference between florida and minnesota but here gold class/above average ceramic pads run around 40 a set. but for the price they seem ok. all the reviews are alright too (my vote is yes)

A few years ago I would have been all over the Autozone cheapos but I'v learned my lesson with that stuff. These were actually some of the cheaper ceramic's I found. I wish the Ebc's were ceramic I just cant justify spending almost twice the price for semi metallics.

oh yeah I would never want to skimp on something that saves your life every day!

but advance may be a hassle but just because they sell a product doesnt make it crap. too often it is but not always.

I'm going to do EBC rotors and greenstuff pads for my next brake job. Right now I am running DuraCraps all around and when I disk break swap I think I will have factory ford in the back.
