I used Mobil 1 the whole time I have had my truck and last oil change I put in penzoil platinum and WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN that stuff made my oil pressure super low. I am going back to Mobil 1!

 

You won't go wrong with the Mobil 1 5w30 truck and suv and a K&N oil filter. Do not use the fram oil filters.

 

I have heard that Fram is ****ty so I went with NAPA Gold. I my buddy workes at Auto Zone and he says they are the best so thats what I got.

All I know is that changing your own oil is one of the simplest things I have ever done to my truck. I wont ever get it changed again, granted if I have a place to do it myself. Its a total waste of money when you could get it done for half the cost.

 

Idk about this one, my truck drives different after about 3,500 miles. And my gas mileage decreases. Unless your talking sythetic specific then I wouldnt know.

 

I'm at 5000 on mine and still getting same mileage as when I put it in my synthetic. What oil are you using?
