power inverter mounting location
first off i didn't know where to post this so if it is in the wrong forum please move thanks.
well i have a portawattz 600 watt power inverter and i'm thinking about hard wiring it to the truck. I searched and found where others have done this and i was wondering where you mounted it. I'd like to do a under the hood mount but theres not much room under there so anyone who has done this please let me know where you put it and any pics would be great
thanks

Carpet=flooring.. they both have a backing.
Pull off the bottom door moulding strips (or unscrew on some years)
then run it under the edge.
6gauge is pretty big for that.. you will probably have to trim half the wire
for it to fit on the inverter anyway.
If you are going to run it though the e-brake grommet make sure you make
a full X cut not just a slit..
