Icon5 Is there any easier way????

Trying to get my freakin exhaust off of my truck and I seem to be running into some problems. WD40 isn't doing the trick. Pure muscle isn't either lol jk. Frustrating. Any ideas???

so you guys are suggesting I just cut this biznatch into pieces and be done with it??? I'm questioning getting another exhaust pipe because I love the sound of the cat.

also just got a 3 inch SUMMIT lift kit with 31' BFGs installing this next week. Very excited

if you're not set on getting a new pipe and want to keep the old one... then just use the PB blaster to loosen the stuff. but if you don't care, when cut that som-bit(h.

Heat the nut... It'll expand the nut and make it easier if rust has somewhat welded the stud and nut together.

i know if you apply too much heat to the nut, it'll transfer to the bolt and then it's just a moot point. but i love the flame idea just because it deals with... setting $hit on fire.

i had to saw mine off with a sawsall when i did my new exhaust last summer. had it off in 5 minutes

A piece of thick walled pipe big enough to slip over the wrench/ratchet handle.Makes it longer to give more leverage.
Usually 1 1/2 to 2 inch schedule 80 , 2-3 feet long.
