What size tow ball shank for a 1998 ranger?
I'm planning on throwing a tow ball on the back for my 1998 Ranger 4cy regular cab to tow a very small tent camper. I'm new to this and was wondering what size shank will fit the hole in the bumper?

Don't put a ball in the bumper, that won't hold hardly any weight.

Get a proper class 3 hitch setup.
