Thats it im going to mexico
I was looking around ford of mexicos web site and I came across this.
They had some real pictures of them from the front and they look so sweet. They have a really high bumper and skid plates. Its pretty sweet
Im now making plans to fly to mexico after I pay of the current truck and driving one of them home. I need to start saving.

No emissions in MN. The only problem I can see is getting a US registration for a Mexican truck 2 days after its purchased.
I did some searching and I think I found the price of it....drum roll please....$13,000 USD for that truck pictured. That may be wrong though, my spanish sucks and I couldnt get a translator to work on the page.
Its amazing you can see the US in spainish but you cant see the mexican page in English...there's something wrong with that.

I just looked at the brochure....looks like the only engine avaliable in mexico is the 2.3L 4cyl. There are some things on the mexican ranger that I must have either forgot about, or never noticed before...
mirrors, door handles, tailgate styled like a f150 or superduty, among other obvious things like bumpers, taillamps, one piece headlamps, a crew cab....
HECK, even the mex focus is twelve times nicer and better looking than the US version.

The Panama Canal is the least of the concerns making the trip from South America to the USA. That is a major expedition through jungles in some areas with no major roads in many areas and barely basic trails in other areas. Not to mention the banditos along the way.
