ok i just bought a used 2001 Ranger Edge 4.0L 6CYL. i already put a pretty decent system in it,new headlights, and cleaned the airfilter. just wondering what you guys think should be done. in the near future i want a exhaust system, deer slayer,new tires and rims, and fender flares. maybe there are some things i should replace on the engine first just because its a little old?

 

All fluids, fuel filter, spark plugs, etc.

 

Normal car care/maint.

 

get it checked out... go to dealer and get the $30 multi-point inspection? they give you a sheet at the end to let you know what needs to be re-placed, which you can do yourself, they check all your fluids I believe...

 

Well first thing is complete general service and look over and detail the inside so atleast your starting from scratch... after that just figure our what features you don't have and add them!
