Pulling

If I get stuck is the ball that i have on my bumper a safe place to get pulled/snatched from?

No.
Never use your bumper to pull yourself out.
Alway use a trailer hitch, tow hooks, or directly to the frame.
The bumper is to weak and will bend.

if you don't have anything to tow from in back, you can get an extra tow strap and wrap it around the underside of frame and back out under the bumper. Granted a hitch is the way to go, but that'll work. I seen it done plenty of times..

^^ Smart idea. I dont really use my hitch for towing as much as i do to pull people out.

Yes definately do not use your bumper. Attach directly to the frame or use tow hooks. Also, when using tow straps try to stay away from the ones with metal hooks, those are very dangerous if the strap breaks, I have first hand experience with that one. I was being pulled out once using a strap with hooks and it broke and the hook came back and nailed my tailgate, and I have a real nice dent now.

i always snatched and been ****** off my bumper.. no problems.. but its the way i have my ****** strap hooked up is the key :)
