Nah not on brands. Just make sure if u go used, make sure they have titkes for both boat and trailer. That way its all legal. I'd also find a 14 footer, 12ft just aint enough. Make sure iut doesn't leak of course and that trailer light work. Also find u a good trolling motor and deep cycle marine battery.

As far as mine goes its awesome! It has a slow leak in welded spot in fixi it tomorrow. I'm also going to work on trailer lights tomorrow getting them all working right. Other than that, its an awesome boat

I think I'm gonna go with a 10-15 horse gas motor and a trolling motor on the front. Where i'll run it I'll be going a pretty good distance so the gas motor will be nice to have.

friend and i ended up forgetting the battery one day.

went out anyway with the gas motor.

drank a little. ended up braking the gas line plastic peice where it plugs into the gas tank, hes holding it on there as we're flying across the lake to make it back before we run out of fumes.

didn't make it. decided to swim and pull the boat, quite fun and good workout! haha

end of story, always keep your battery fully charged and bring it! ha
