Changing headlight angle

So I put in some silverstar ultra bulbs today, I was going to do HIDs but decided not too, I dont want to give cops a reason to pull me over, especially for those nights driving home from partys.
So the silverstars kind of suck, I was expecting them to be alot brighter. They are not much brighter than the bulbs that were in there. Oh well.
Anyway, I want to angle them up a bit, I can only see like 50ft in front of me. How do I do this?
The left headlight is kind of wobbly, the bolt on the top left that has a ball thing at the end of it and goes into a plastic piece....the plastic piece is broken.
Its the thing on the top left in this pic

Can I pick up that piece at an autozone or do I need the whole new headlight?
And If I were to buy those black headlights on ebay do they come with the bolts on them?

You don't need a whole new headlight. That black part just twists off the white housing part. You'll need a new one to keep the headlight housing secured to the truck because the hex head stud that points upward is your alignment screw.

The silverstars are not supposed to be much brighter than stock. They are a little brighter and a little whiter, that is why they are legal. Aim the headlights properly using a level surface and a wall, don't just blindly point them up. If you can't drive with them aimed correctly at night, then....

If you think the Silverstars suck, you have alignment issues. Ask anyone in here and you'll see that anything over stock is brighter.

Right well I think I do have allignment issues, that's why I was asking for instructions on how to angle them up more, they are pointing at the ground pretty much

Yup, just point them at a wall and straighten them up.

I think silverstars suck, but then again I have 5 pair of aftermarket HIDs between 3 vehicles I own.

-Find a level surface next to a wall.
-Pull up close to the wall and put a horizontal strip of masking tape on the wall at the same height as the center of the headlights
-put a vertical piece of masking tape at the center of each headlight. (basically marking a + at each light)
-back up 25 feet and turn on your low beams
-the lights should focus about 2 inches below the horizontal line and slightly to the right of the vertical lines on the wall. (use the alignment screws on each headlight to adjust them)

That should bring you close to the proper alignment for the lights.
