motorcraft or autolites will be your best bet. ive heard good and bad about other brands but these two are pretty consistent.

I run the Copper NGK plugs in my 3.0L. I replace them ever 8,000miles or so. In my opinion, you won't gain anything by the fancy/expensive plugs, other than the fact the service interval is longer. I don't mind changing plugs, so I run the coppers.

I used to run Autolite, but they went from America to China. So atleast I'll run a GOOD from Japan. Than a half-*** one from China.

I've been using NGK wires and NGK Iridium IX plugs lately, on other vehicles, and really like them - your truck takes NGK 52014 wires and NGK 7397 plugs...I think.

If your gonna stay stock the motorcraft plugs are a good value.

Stay with the Motorcrafts, either double platinum, or finewire platinums.
