18” wheels on 15”?

18” wheels on 15”?
I have a 2010 2wd with Oem 15” 5x4.5. Can I put a 17 or 18” rim on if I find same pattern?

Yes, as big as you want, just not smaller or it won't fit over the brakes

The tire diameter is what you need to match, so larger wheel/rim means lower profile tire or it will rub
