well my raner sucks

well its been rainy here in mississippi and i went out this moring to go to school and literally about got stuck in the drive way....its a 2.3 2wd with a open rear end...lol why didnt they come with ls rear ends...i got michlien LTX tires so they are ok in the wet but i thought they would do better then they did...lol didnt know where this belonged so i put it in here haha

right place..but that sucks..i think it might be some time to throw some money into that truck...

thinking ls will solve my problem...i get the one tire spin and the other jus sits there...either that or get some tires

The next time this happens, click the parking brake on one click at a time until you feel the truck start to move forward. Just a little resistance on the wheel without traction will usually push some power to the wheel with traction. This won't work for serious stucks but it will often get you out of a minor problem on one side. This works with LSDs and open diffs.

BTW, your truck didn't come with limited slip because the original purchaser didn't spec it that way. A handful of Rangers have LSD standard but it is optional on most of them, just like on other pickup brands.

I know on the new ones you can't get LS on a 4 banger......

a ls wouldnt help that much? i really dont wanna lock my rear end cuz i dd it every day...my rx7 has ls and falken street tires an it never got stuck and its been up more drive ways and dirt roads then my truck lol
