Put 300 lbs of sand in the box for the snow and ice.

I'll take pics of the snow and post them here soon, too cold today though ( -30 C (-14 ish F) )

new clutch kit, slave cyl & throwout bearing. slave cyl was leaking & throwout bearing had been noisy for awhile now. clutch disc was actually ok, but since i was in there i did it all. 2 day job in a drafty barn with a dirt floor. last time i did this i also had a bad trans. (lost 2nd gear) was late feb with snow on the ground.

Figured I'd put the battery charger on it and drive it out from under the oak tree the birds have taken over. Got in it and it fired up first try, parked in the driveway and washed off the crap. Looks a little better , will try to detail it this weekend.

Finally removed the plastic bedliner this week and had the Line-X done this morning. I'm very happy with how it turned out.

I took it to a Line-X dealer and had it done, retail w/the bed caps is $475. Much stronger/better than Rhino.

Rigs get fancier and fancier all the time. I'm assuming since it's a new international it has a Maxxforce engine, only question is how big?

Thats sweet. I love working on big rigs. Everything is just sooo much bigger. 15 litres of engine is a heckuva lot of engine compared to most things on the road.

Picked up a 2011 Ford Ranger hood yesterday for $20. Today I ordered the the complete header panel. Now I just gotta find fenders and a front bumper for a reasonable price.

On a side note, it got 21 mpg highway this week. That's the most it has ever gotten even when it had smaller tires. Now if I only got that mileage all the time.

Got it ready to receive the pizza cutters (235/85/16 Duratracs). 2" torsion lift in the front going from 4" wheel gap to 6" and removed the front sway bar. Hopefully next weekend I can get the tires installed and the truck aligned. It's going to sit until then anyways, so no big deal.

I tore it apart! LOL. THe thermostat housing split. Took me awhile and a swivel on a socket to get to one bolt but I finally got it all out . I have 2 temp sending units in mine. Dealer had to have me go home and look if my truck came with one or two units in the housing. Kinda strange, VIN number didnt help, you actually just have to look. So replacing that, thermostat, upper radiator hose and that bypass hose below the housing. Oh and the Thermostat it self.

Anyone ever have this expeirence? The Ford Dealer siad its a common problem with high milage 4.0s
