took truck (and wife's car) to dealership to get tire rotation, wife needed oil change and new air filter (some new plastic piece). I know that i needed new brake pads, so i told them to look at my brakes.

well come to find out, my pads werent releasing after i let off the brakes. This wore the pads to bare metal, and then ate away at the rotor (front passenger). So i need a new rotor, new caliper and hose, also new pads. grand total for my truck and wife's car, $630

Gutted the interior, cleaned it up a little but it is in really good shape.
Put down Fat mat Sound Deadening material on the floor up the Firewall as high as I could go and up the back to the windows, filled in where I could with little pieces and added extra over the Trans, will get pics tomorrow.
ran the wires for the overhead Switches and the amateur Radio Face Plate.
Still ned to run wiring for the Seat Heaters and figure out where to put the wiring and switches.
Tomorrow will be the fitting of the new carpet and then putting all together again !

Installed the Fat Mat / Carpet / Small Cubbie in the Ash Tray area and WOW it is quiet.

Finished the re-installation of the seat and stuff and took the truck for a test drive to see just how much noise I would get.
Surprise, surprise, the Fat Mat and the new rubber backed carpet cut out sssoooo much noise it is unbelievable.

Pic are in the Camera and the Camera is in the truck, will post later today.

Finished installing new shocks after replacing right side leaf spring, new shocks on front also and new tires all around. Buddy is repairing body damage from accident. Got body panel tacked into place. Found out that the ABS unit is preventing any brake fluid from reaching rear brakes. Now what to do?
