Umm....everything? Well, everything except a welder...don't trust the wall sockets at my apt garage.
Some things...
All your basic hand tools in no specific place
Ratchets here
Sockets there
Open ends everywhere...you get the point
Tons of different pliers, they come in very handy
Low Profile jack
Regular jack
Jackstands(the GT's second home)
Various stand up halogen work lights
Crap ton of detailing equipment(PC buffer, pads, MFs, products, etc...)
Shop Vac
All the specialty tools for the bike set up
Spool stands for the R6
Car related stuff...
Enought Mobil 1 Synthetic for the next 3-4 oil changes
Plethora of filters for the GT and F150...all Motorcraft of course!!
Couple extra sets of 18in tires, Eagle F1s, Pilot Sports, FK452s
Factory 17s with el cheapo rubber and another set waiting to fry
2 X Pipes for the Mustang
All original parts for the GT as well like cat back and other stuff
Set of Y2K Cobra Rs
Various sets of tail lights for Ford vehicles
Ranger Edge wheels
etc...etc, too much stuff
What takes up the most room...But aren't even in their at the moment as they are at the shop : (
2003 Mustang GT
2009 Yamaha R6
The F150 doesn't fit in the garage so it guards the door at nights.

I have 2 tool chest full of various wrenches, sockets, and every other hand tool you can think of. Large air compressor to power the air tools and paint guns as well as my tire changer (my favorite craigslist find). Mig and stick welders cutting torch and brazing tools. But the best tool is not a tool, I have a pit in my garage

I have a WIDE variety of a bunch of different tools. I have my own toolbox with a 100 orso piece socket set, wrenches, pliers hammers, etc, my dads toolbox of 15 years, a cargo trailer with a toolchest some spare bike parts and chemicals. as for a body lift, i paid $600 for a body lift 4 shocks and a dual steering stabilizer shipped to my door, i installed it. so body lift was like 250. as for suspension, a 4" kit should cost ya anywhere between $700 and $2000 in just parts. depending on how nice of one ya get.

At home I have good sized set of Craftsman tools in a 7 drawer rolling box with 6 drawer on top, everything to get the job done for the most part, except impacts, at work I have everything I need, Full Matco 2 bay box loaded with Snap on and Matco for the most part.
I also have the diesel ranger, 4 snowmobiles, 1 atv, 3 riding lawnmowers, tractor with brushcutter, the list keeps going

Everything I could ever want including several welders, plasma cutters, torches, sandblasting cabinet, 80 gal 5 hp compressor, you name it. There's two of us renting here, the third just moved out but he keeps his tools here. If one of us doesn't have it, someone else does. The only thing I could wish for was more motivation to actually use it more and a hoist. Being able to lift vehicles to standing height would sure be nice, I hate laying on cold concrete. A centre beam and chain hoist would be cool too for pulling engines.
Its an old converted 1940s barn so we have a fair bit of space here, ~900 - 1000 sq ft. We've fit an extended cab long box '93 Dodge diesel 4x4 on 33s in there and easily got the doors closed with enough space to walk around it, plus there's a full tool room beside the work bay and a car shelter outside on the other side.
Here's a couple of shots I've pulled up off of Google, it doesn't look like much but to give it some reference thats a '66 Impala 4 door in the shelter, it looks like a Honda... The canopy's a 6' Ranger one. The front has since been torn down and fully redone, there's a 10' wide and nearly 10' tall door now and only a man door on the right. Within the next month or two the car shelter will be enclosed as well for dry storage. LR

I also have a school shop that I can use when ever I want, but we r really short on tools cuz the school won't give us any money to fix tools or if they r snap on or craftsmen they won't let us exchange them for new ones. But yea we got 4 10,000 lb lift and 3 flat car bays.
my garage doesnt look too appealing to the eye but i do a decent amount of work out of it
my 26 drawer craftsman box (full)
my dads 20 drawer craftsman box (full)
my 3 drawer matco tool cart with all my electrical stuff
bench grinder, 6hp 60 gallon compressor, work bench, vise, 2 floor jacks, blah blah blah

Idk y they won't replace the tools that r broken. But we r trying to get licensed again so we r slowly getting newer tools. But if u guys would like to donate any tools to the sterling heights stevenson auto shop that would be great because we got 1 3/8 rachet 1 1/2 rachet and 1 1/4 rachet. Our founding got dropped little over a year ago.
