shifting problem
I have a 2000 ranger. just this morning the way the shift lever moved was different, I didm't have to pull back on the shifter to get it out of park. and i found a pin on the floor under the the column (about 3/16 dia x 1-1/4 long with knurling on one end) don't know where it came from. could use a diagram of shift column.
