I don't really regret anything on my truck. If I had to pick it would to have just left it stock. I sometimes see a clean nice stock red ranger and imagine my truck when it was like that. It wouldn't be possible because there are backroads/trails calling my name! I have modded my truck for purpose and not looks.

7.) Let me put this in terms everyone can understand.. Toyo F-ing ' Tires '. They call these things ' tires '? Sure, they are round and rubber, but so is a condom! Then again a condom is more reliable for its purpose even on its 5th or 6th use! Little rain comes, Guardrail waiting.. I should have read the sidewall, It said TOYO, not BFG or Goodyear! Fender, Hood, Light, Valiance, bumper, airbags.. paint and clearcoat.. 20 hrs worth of work.. All due to trying to save a few bucks.. Never go cheap on Brakes or Tires folks. Theres STILL Sonic Blue paint all over that guardrail..

I wish I never lifted mine. I put on a 6" suspension lift and 35" tires and had nothing but problems from day one. Didn't have enough money to "finish" the job, like changing gears and "beefing" up other stuff. The thing was a dog with the 35s, and I wore out wheel bearings more than I can count, and I even broke a rear axle, among other things I can't think of right now. Now I have the original 31s back on, but don't have the money to take the lift off and put it back to stock.

Few regrets, or parts I bought, never installed, and sold, only to lose money on.
1. Wish I would have not done the DJM 4/5, though i'd still be curious about it if I hadn't. The damn thing is getting sold and I'm losing money
2. WIsh I had installed my damn DJM 4/5 myself, instead of wasting money on my dad's buddy who is a certified mechanic, only for him to half *** the install, and ruin and install stuff incorrectly. I will do my own work from now on. This was the only time that I've ever taken a vehicle somewhere to do something. Everything else I have done myself, or with my dad's help.
3. WIsh I hadn't sold my 2000, even though everyone loves teh 2001 more, and it's clean, the 2000 was a man's truck, bout the toughest Ranger ever, beat the **** out of it and it would still fire right up and go where ever I wanted to. I'd love to have the 2000 back.
4. Wish I hadn't sold my superlift before installing it. Now I'm about to buy it back from the same guy I sold it to. Wasted money on shipping...
5. Really wish I hadn't bought the ugly projector headlights for my 98... they were cool for the first 6 months, now I hate them. They are ugly and their light output blows.
In a way, I wish I would've held out and bought a Ford Powerstroke, like I had wanted, but then again, my payments are half as much with my Ranger, my fuel costs are nearly half as much, and my Ranger will go places in the woods that a fullsize cannot fit. Altho that fullsize will pull car trailers much easier than the Ranger. I get a TON of compliments on this truck, and it's a clean truck. I don't need a fullsize right now anyways. Hopefully once I'm done with school, I will have one when money isn't as much of an issue
