Which shifter **** with my Level II arm?

I'm looking on Jegs at ball shifters for my newly acquired Level II shifter arm. Which ones will fit?

Mr. Gasket 9626 Mr. Gasket Classic Shifter *****
(3/8"-16 thread)
Hurst 163-0104 Hurst Shifter ***** - Ball Style
(7/16'' - 20 Thread)
Hurst 163-0114 Hurst Shifter ***** - Ball Style
(12mm x 1.75 Thread [1979-2004 Mustang])
Hurst 163-0125 Hurst Shifter ***** - Ball Style
Hurst 163-0108 Hurst Shifter ***** - Ball Style
(3/8'' - 16 Thread) These ones are the same. One is $5 cheaper and has a Hurst emblem.

I'm guessing 3/8-16 thread will fit since it is the most common. Just checking before purchase.

Oh, and on a side not anyone know where I can get a boot for it? I need a square bottom one for a 04+ Level II setup. Not the 02-03 twin sticks. I would like to find a leather all black Ford style one but anything that fits is OK by me.

Thanks all. The interior modding is almost complete!!

No, no, and no. I'm not paying $50+ for a frikin ball. I really don't care what it looks like. I just want to get this thing installed. If I wait to get a ball used the arm will be sitting around forever. I just need to know which one to get. So if anyone knows the correct size let me know.

And I am probably going to get the 04+ Level II stock boot, I just wanted to see if there were any other options so I don't have to shell out for that either.

I thought you said it was cheaper to piece together a shifter setup than buying one complete.

I only have the T/C Shift **** no Shifter ****, it was missing from the Lvl II I stripped.

My Shifter **** is from “T M Machine Products” but I can’t bring up their Site anymore so they may have gone out of business. Their “8-Ball” is made from Aluminum and the Ivory Spot with the “8” really looks like an Ivory Insert.
