Icon5 1" bl manual question

well gettin ready to 1" bl on my truck.....i have done several 3" and only 1, 3" on a manual......i have never done a 1" on a manual...the question i have is....is there enough room on the shifter to not need an extension? here's a pic......i got most of my interior out because im cleaning it and changing it out to gray...so i figured now would be the time to throw it on....also gettin the back sliding glass replaced because its leaking so i took my camper off for a min....lol

I had mine on for almost 2 years when I had it. its fine. But it does hit if you have a boot with the cup holders on the sides. It should hit in first and reverse I think I forget now. But someone said you can just use a dremal and cut it out I never did.

For a stock shifter I believe if you just flip the baseplate that says ranger and explorer on it to the explorer side it should give you the extra room for your 2/4/r throws. Never had a problem with first.

Hurst will fix all the issues in one. Shorter shifts plus its tall enough for a 3" BL.

i'm thinking of doing a 1" lift, do you need radiator mounts for a 1 inch, and you need a steering extension right

hmm i dont know on a gen 2. I know on the 98+ you dont need a steering extension or mess with the rad at all. You just pop the blocks in there with some new bolts and youre done.
