What's up with the rear bumper twist??

The chrome one on my 99 has a little ding, but compared to what it did to the Jeep Bumper it hit, it's pretty spotless. Haha... (yay for roommates needing your truck to go Wal-Mart and smashing cars in a Parking lot)....
My Painted one on my 07 is bent upwards, but I think that is just the mounts... not the bumper itself.

Actually, to remove the twist, you gotta use a 8ft 2x5 and loosen the bolts on the side braces, have ur friend, push up on the 2x6 on the bumper, using the floor as your pry spot, if you do it right, you should be able to 'tuckin' the bottom of the bummper, then just tight the bolt to hold it... when u loosen your brackets the first time, keep your paws clear, my bumper had a CRAPLOAD of tension on it!
