where is my fuel pump?

Okay so my truck has been stored for about 3 months now, I finally got my license back but now my truck wont start. I figure its the fuel pump or filter since i've ran out of gas so many times in it...
Its a 93' ranger 4.0l, where would my pump be?

pulling the bed can be a pain in butt.... shoot some PB Blaster on the bolts the night before you takle it and mesure the gaps between the cab and the rear bumper to make it easier line back up.

oh one thing justin forgot was pulling the fuel filler neck. east job tho.
