I get a reading of P032 secondary fuel pressure high reading I don't have any fuel pressure at the fitting on the engine, it will not start. I sprayed starting fluid in air intake and it starts. Is this a plugged filter, or filter and pump replacement problem. I can't seem to locate the filter any help here?
