Personally I wouldn't have a use for a truck with that small of a bed. I would rather have an SUV.
The diesel is the big key on the only reason I would want one of them.

the frame would be different, so i dont think you could bolt the cab onto our frames. ie you cant bolt a super cab onto the frame of a normal cab, same thing with the beds as well.IIRC
althought a long bed diesle ranger would be kick ***, i just am not into the 4 doors on a truck, unless it is like the rear doors that are on my truck now.

Combining a long bed with that cab would mean stretching a US frame truck beneath the cab and then remounting the new cab. It could be done, but the cost of getting one of those cabs here would be too high. If it came over in pieces you may have a chance, but there are starnge rules about vehicles and parts being DOT certified here. I do believe you can get some sort of experimental vehicle permits though. I worked on a few trucks that were non US production, the owner had special paperwork for each vehicle. I also remember prepping US made vehicles for overseas use, the catalytic converter had to be removed since not all countries then were using unlleaded fuel.
Many vehicles that are not US certified lack many of the emissions control items we require here, many lack safety glass, proper seat belts or airbags, approved tires as well as the fact that many are right hand drive only. While most items can be modified, it often costs more than a new car to get one of those even up to the minumum standards.
If the cab was built on the same body lines, one option would be to simply buy the parts mail order from a foreign source. But the cab looks quite a bit different. You would have to order each piece of sheet metal and fab the rest. That would really only be feasable if the forward section of the cab was the same. Stretching the frame would be minor to all the rest of the job. I have condsidered building a 4x2 super cab long bed though by grafting two frames.
