ummm...then why is an Intega, RSX or NSX badged as a Honda in Japan and the rest of the world? Because Canada and the US is the only market in the world with the Acura brand.

So yes, it IS a Honda. And a B series is no different than a Ranger. 100% mechanically a Ranger, built in the same factiry alongside Rangers...just has a fancy body on it, that's all.

Spoiler, Cheap rims, seats not matching the color of car, and stupid crome tip with the wal mart price tag still on it, oh yeah i hate those cars. but i cant hate on civics tho. ive seen some nice ones with all "H" symbols shaved off nice and clean. and they dont make that fart noise. quiet like hell. some people buy em and mod em to make it a luxerios ride......Spiolerless is the way to go =)

 

and as to the mechanical parts.. an explorer and a mountaineer are the same thing yet one costs more. same car pretty much just different badges and dif paint schemes does that make mountaineers fords aswell?

 

Because Acura,Infiniti and Lexus are all "upscale" North American market brands introduced in the 80s. Just because it's an Acura, Infiniti or Lexus doesn't mean it's not a Honda,Nissan or Toyota.

I guess I can't use this example for the American market since the Acura 1.6EL or CSX is only sold in Canada, but they are just Acura versions of the Civic for people who are too cool to drive a Honda.
