bad day Body lift FIATTT Content

As many of you may know by now i was installing a body lift with Pedro yesterday. The bed was great it was super lights. then we get the the rear cab mount and it spins but then applied heat till the stock lock tite boiled. The driver front core support was NOT spinning but some how Pedro man handled the breaker bar and snapped a grade 10.9 Bolt idk how but here is what got accomplished lol. so i fixed the mount for the time being until i have to totally taken out. In the spring ill do the Lift.

They were more than heated. Glowing bright red and came out with ease with myself applying the heat. The core I guess we were doing it wrong and it broke

I wonder man, i wonder.

Don't pay to have it done unless you love burning through money. A shop would quote you 8-10 hours of labor...good chunk of change.

The two front core support bolts were the hardest to get loose on mine too. Took a lot of PB Blaster, heat, and patience...but we finally got them out. One person used a big *** pair of channel locks to hold that metal washer, while another person wrenched on the bolt.

Exactly. Plus I'll have a rental for a day or two, so I can look foward to driving the fiat or smart car! I just wanna rent one to see if they are fun and what not.
