This thing looks pretty crazy. Hes just selling it for parts. Maybe I should go up and look at it.

Looks like he is just selling it for body parts. Looks like it is a ranger on a full size frame.

if its never been in the mud then how come the tires are covered in brown dirt that loooks like mud...

frame stacking.... at least that's what it looks like to me... If so, I don't blame him for just selling the body panels.

I think he means that it was only used on trails and not mud pits. thats what i got from it anyways.

I don't get why it matters. What is the difference between mud and trails? If I am buying a 4x4, or even a body like that, who the hell cares about mud?
