New Craftsman Max Axess Tool Set

Craftsman finally came out with their pass through socket design set. I went and check them out yesterday and they seem pretty good. Has about every socket you will need, even has some really small sockets like 3.5 mm (who the hell is gonna use that?) Plus it is more compact than a regular socket set (you don't need deep well sockets).

Check them out here:

I just bought them online (doing a store pickup here in a few) for just $51.06! They retail for $69.99. Here is how I got them:

$5 dollars off $50 dollar Total Purchase using code: SDEALS817

Extra 15% off select tools. Exp 5/28. I think this was added automatically.

$10 off being a craftsman club member. (signup is free, when you sign in to your account it takes this off automatically. Signup here

So I ended up saving $23.25! Take that extreme couponing!

FYI Lowes is clearing out all Kobalt and Gearwrench....you can get the big Kobalt pass through set for 1/2 off.....75 bucks gets you all 3 sizes, all sockets, hex, and torx if you can still find it.
Also, the Sears, GW, Kobalt, etc all fit each other and are made by the Danahar family of tools......

Here is a question: why in the world do you need hex and torx in a pass through set?

Wish I had mine when removing the rear jumpseat on a Ranger......tight quarters, they have a lower profile than socket+ratchet.
