alright they took the window tint law away completely for about a year and i got my windows tinted in that time frame i have the receipt and everything, but they just brought it back, and apparently it is not a traffic violation its a misdeamenor!.... but anyways isnt there like an ex post facto law that says that i cannot be charged because i had the tint job done before the law was reinstated?

 

If there's not, there should be - call around some law enforcement places or even a tint shop may know the answer - Is tint just illegal now, or is there a percentage limit ? Law here is 30%, but 15% looks so much better on my Truck

 

yeah... my friend has 20% tint and he got pulled over last week. the cop just gave him a warning, but he did say that he has to get it taken off.... which he's probably not gonna do. but this was in cobb county, and i talked to a cherokee county sheriff and she said that he shouldnt have been pulled over because the state has not actually informed all the police departments if the law is actually a law again. but they are pullin people over in some counties thats pissin a lot of people off including me. but i have heard something about a law like that.... so its definitely worth a shot in court. good luck man.
