I voted no, because I will not ever buy one as a daily driver again. I'm not in a point at my life where only having 1 passenger seat works at all. And I dont see ever going back there.
I might buy one as a project vehicle, but there are a lot of other better cars/trucks to use a projects first

I already have. I had an 86 ranger 4x4 with the 2.3, and now have an 07 (b2300) with the zippy new 2.3. If Toyota had kept their small truck small I might have been tempted, but if I wanted a big truck I'd get one. Well, get another--I had a 1990 F250 diesel between the rangers, and now that was a really great truck but I moved back to the city where it was nothing but a big hassle.

Diesel is more expensive then gas by a quarter a gallon in my parts. 4 doors constitutes a non-useful bed. It would be an SUV moreso then a ' truck '.
Sales would fall off drastically.
There IS a market for a smaller ' Truck '. Single people, Parts stores, Small deliveries. Everyone would rather build a goldmine then sell to the masses. All the Mfgr's are taking the same road away from what Henery Ford started a century ago.
