makes sense though since they got rid of the 3.0, wonder if its coil sprung or torsion bars.

20 K for a 2wd reg cab 4 cyl? (sticker) thats awful. i'll just keep my paid for 4.0 4x4 on the road 'till the body rots off the frame. not a big fan of the power rack sterring and ford going away from the twin-I beam/twin traction beam front suspention anyhow. my '88 got around 20 mpg on average. highest ever was 28. not much tourque though when you got in hilly areas.

you be amazed how many people do lol
even with the x-plan your looking at 14 to 15k when you can run a f-150 for a few bones more. just too much for a small 4cyl,single cab truck in my opinion

I can confirm that the 2.3L Sport is coil spring - I just looked at one at the dealer. No lift blocks at the rear either like the original Edge/Sport had. I couldn't find a V6 version to look at.
The tiny P225/70Rx15 tires on the 4x2 regular cab Sport look kind of odd next to the large fender flares. S/C's and 4x4's have larger tires.
