not you in the past month. us as a forum total. there have been 3 accident theads this month.

that sucks about your back. it may be a month thing, a year thing, or a forever thing. only time will tell.

i forget that a lot of the east coast is military central. around here we have one base up north. 2 hours away. when a service member walks through a public place in uniform it gets really quite and everyone stares. its like an alien just came it. kinda funny actually.

when i was in virginia and north carolina the servicemen there just blend in with the regular people. like its nothing. funny how that works.

that quite sounds awesome. usually they give you the lowest kbb value possible. i can't believe they even taking your modifications in consideration. good for you. $10k will either buy you a really nice 04-06 ranger or make a sweet down payment on an F-150. or a 2011 Mustang GT :)))

most of the time you have to keep all reciepts for the mods you did to your vehicle...thats the only time insurance companys will reimburse you for mods

Keep in mind, any payout for a totaled vehicle should also include the sales tax on it.
If they really low ball you, ask them how they came up with the value, and to show you comparable trucks for the price they want to buy it for.

Document everything, what hurts, how you feel, etc... If you're better in a few days, no big deal. But if you're in pain and it sticks around, you go to the chiropractor and doctors, etc, just document everything.

That is hilarious, I'd give you his name but he has been screwing up lately not doing to well with his superiors. I'll be talking with my daughter and him tonight I'll ask if he knows you.
Did you just get back from Iraq also.?

im taking care of my back it hurst so bad and i dont want to increase that..i havent decided on what im getting yet..when i get an amount they are going to pay for the ranger im going to use it on a downpayment on a brand new truck full loaded and crew cab are my requirements..im looking at chevys and fords..im really leaning towards a f150 but then again after driving my rental i really like it so im undecided at the moment color options are red, black, blue

New vehicles are really not worth it.... I have had mine for 2 years and It is on my top 5 most regrettable decisions. WAY to expensive... I think you will be much happier with something that is a few years old.... Although with a truck the value really holds unlike with my car.

Definitely part it out...

I bought an 02 Ranger for my son who promptly flipped it one month to the day later. Fortunately we escaped major damage to both my son and the truck but now I'm searching for a new bed and a door for the driver side.

Hope you are feeling better soon and that the woman responsible has great insurance!!

That first one is about 10,000 over price, thats insane. That second one I wouldn't pay over 18k for.
