04 lower valance fog take apart help

As my long title says I have a 2004 xlt with factory fogs in the lower valence. The little piece that covers the light inside has fallen off so I need to open the lights up. Obtook them off the truck and can't open them. I heard on here somewhere thabyou may need to pit them in the oven. Can anyone help with some pointers. I don't want to ruin them and also want to make sure they seal good after cuz right now they leak and get water inside. Thanks guys

I had the same thing happen this past summer-I used a Dremel wilth a cutoff wheel to separate the lens from the housing. Just take your time and sneak-up on it a little bit at a time.
