Replace Door Lock Cylinder

Replace Door Lock Cylinder
Last weekend someone decided they needed my GPS more than I did.
They appear to have forced the door lock using a (flat blade) screwdriver with a combination twist and pull move that has destroyed the lock cylinder and the chrome surround (and bent the surrounding sheet metal somewhat). Gentlemen all, they thoughtfully relocked the truck before making off into the night with my 3 month old Garmin 1490LMT, but for some reason leaving the power adapter behind. ( I said gentlemen, I didn't say smart.)
My question: How easy, and how expensive is it to remove and replace the lock cylinder, and can I get it keyed to my existing door/ignition key?
It is a 2007 Ranger FX4 Level II with power locks.

You can remove them yourself and save some money. Just pull the door panel off so you can see what your doing. If the sheet metal damage is not to extensive, you can probably work it back into shape. If its beyond what you want to mess with, and after removing the lock cylinder, drop by a body shop and see if they can tap it back into place for you.
The lock cylinders range between 30 dollars off ebay to 70 dollars from the dealer. Yes you can have them keyed to your existing key by a locksmith or the dealer. I'd call around to check pricing.
