Ford Ranger Door Switch

Before I order something, I need to know if the door switch (which activates the dome light circuit) controls the ground side of the circuit or the power side.

On 1999 Ranger they Ground the GEM module pins 7 and 8 for the 2 doors.

Perfect, thank you. Mind if I ask where you've gotten that? Wasn't listed in my service manual, which surprised me a bit.

It shows it under diagram 59-2 in the electrical/vacuum service manual.
