Icon5 1999 OEM Fog Light Install

I've searched and searched and have not found an answer.

Here is what I got.
1999 Ford Ranger 2wd that did not come with fogs.
It is prewired from the bumper to the Power Distribution Box
It is NOT prewired from the radio bezel (I have searched high and low to no success)

So I have:
Swapped the lower valence for one containing the fogs
Plugged the fogs into the connectors hanging behind the bumper
Added both relays and fuses into there required locations.
Swapped the radio bezel for one with the fog switch
Wired the switch so that the black splices into the ground on the cigarette lighter, the blue/red splices into the temperature control illumination.

Now for the remaining two wires...
The Tan/Orange, and the Light Blue/Black.

I have no idea how:
1. Get the wires through the firewall
2. Get the Light Blue/Black to the underside of the relay in the Power Distribution Box.

Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to keep the wiring OEM.

Time for a bump and an update:

I went ahead myself and found the Light Blue/Black in the cab. I spliced the Light Blue/Black from the swich into this.

I then ran a wire through the steering boot and spliced into the Tan/Orange just where the tri split is right by the power distribution box.

When I was all set and done, I turned the ignition and tried the fogs to find out they still did not work :(

So now is the trouble shooting. I know for sure of the 4 wires that run out of the switch the ground and illumination ones work as the dash light works. As for the other two they are definitely spliced into the correct wires. The only thing I am unsure of is the front harness at the bumper.

When the junkyard gave me the bumper they had cut the front harness (from bulb to connection under bumper ~ a foot long) in half. So first thing I did was join them back together although the wires were both black. So I just guessed and soldered them.

Now is there anyway that if these wires were soldered backwards that the entire system would not work? What about if one of the two fog harness were wired backwards? Does this matter?

my haynes manual only shows three wires for the 1995 and newer foglight system. black is ground, tan/orange runs to foglightl blu/blk runs from relay to switch.does not show any blue/red for illumination though.

what i can tell you is your tan/orange should not be spliced into anything else, it should go to the foglights according to my wiring diagram. i have no idea what wires you are splicing into in the dash but i think you have the wrong wires for sure
