2000 ranger won't say running

2000 ranger won't say running

My fatherinlaw has a 2000. Ran great then sputtered and now will run for 10-20 seconds and floods out, exhuaust sticks bad and stalls. Codes came up O2 senaors and FF issue. Cleared all codes and still does it. The code FF remains. The FF sensor is costly. What should we do to make certain its that and help not throwing a lot of parts at it... Cheap bypass to figure out exact issue?

My bad... Here's what we started with... Cleared codes and tried to start... Runs rough for a few seconds, seems to run real rich and stalls. Only code that came up after that is the P0176. May not be able to run long enough to log in the others yet.

P0176 is the fuel composition sensor
