2002 ranger edge fog lights won't work

I just bought a Ford Ranger-edge 2002. The fog lights won't work. I have replaced the 2 fuse relays, 1 fuse in the fire wall box and 1 fuse in the fuse box. The switch light will not come on. Help

Could be the switch itself not the fuses, that is if you have replaced the bulbs.

Switch lights up green saying they are on if they are supposed to be on. They do shut off if highbeams are on.
