Brake Drum Size

Brake Drum Size
Hey, everyone.
I've been doing some research regarding the size of the brake pads for my truck. Regardless of it being a crewcab, which is not sold in the US, many of the issues I've had with it are solved the same way as any US Ranger.
So, the problem is this. I've found that there are two sizes for Rangers: 9 inch drums for 2wd and 10 inch drums for 4x4... thing is my drums are 11 inches.. lol... All shops around here either sell a 9 or 10 inch. No 11 inch option available. lol.
Here are a couple of pics of my drums proving this:
Despite the fact that I have a Dana 44 as rear axle. Are my drums different? Has any of you measured the size of the drums so you get an exact size? Say, 10 or 9 inches?
Any help figuring this out is more than welcome...

Indeed. It takes off really good, despite the weight of the truck, the 4cyl does the job just fine.
I'm trying to figure out which years has D44 and the drum size, so maybe I could go to a Jeep dealership and get the pads... I was hoping Brembo manufactured pads for my Ranger, but I called this place and said Brembo doesn't manufacture drum brake pads for Rangers... so...

My girlfriend's dad said I don't have to replace them asap. He said I can still use them for a couple of months more. They don't make any sound or dust and they have been there since I bought the truck. A week after I bought it, I took it to a shop and they said they were fine. Six months later, replaced the front ones and said the rear ones just needed some adjusting.
Now, A year and a half later, they seem to no wear out enough to be replaced... and the front ones do need to be replaced. Are brake drum pads that durable? If they are, I can save some money and get them from the Ford stealership...
