Wellllll.................
I've done 160 mph in a 68 Z28, and buried the speedo @ 155 mph in a 70 Camaro & it was still pullin................BUT I don't think I'd feel as secure in a Farfenoogen at that speed! 
BUT, my buddy that has the 66 SS396 Chevelle, his Daughter had a Eclipse GT Turbo that she let him drive ONCE (she must of known or had a memory tach
) and he told me that he was in 4th gear & doin 150 mph and thought he seen a cop ahead & whoooood her down.............never did get it into 5th..... 
Not doubtin he did it, but I wouldn't like the feelin in a crackerbox like that!
