Well the problem started when my dad pushed in the clutch while driving it and the tail lights went out. He said it felt like it tugged a wire or something. So i looked up under there and saw that the brake switch looked fine. But theres this relay hanging there, and i have no idea what its for or anything. I would post a pic but im at work right now, Ill post when i get home. Yall think it might be the brake switch just went out or something else? I also checked the fuses and and bulbs. They are fine.

 

uhh... relay under the dash hanging, bulbs dont work. sorry man, your gonna have to get ALOT more descriptive. do i think it could be the problem? SURE! but anything could be.

 

Maybe the flasher relay? I'm guessing?

Do the stop or turn signals lights still work? Does the relay have any part numbers on it? Is there an aftermarket alarm system installed?

 

I think there's an aftermarket alarm installed. Not sure, got the truck for free. So idk. That's what it might be. Idk
